Sometimes buildings are built that later are discovered to have defects that deem the building compromised. Examples of construction defects might be leaks at a new building, curtain wall leaks during rains where no known point of entry or penetration can be located, or maybe structural defects such as a leaning building. Compass will work with an engineering team to perform intrusive testing on your building to discover construction defects that will need to be reviewed for corrective actions and plans.
