Bio
Russ possesses a diverse background in the insurance restoration industry as he has held roles as a project superintendent, manager, director, and general manager. He has experience leading and winning construction defect cases via partnering with engineers, attorneys, and the insured (HOA Boards and Property Managers). Additionally, Russ managed regional offices, personnel, and equipment and was responsible for all P&L/Operations. He has experience in growing revenue via organic business development initiatives and mergers and acquisition activities. Russ has a BSBA degree from ASU/UOP in Phoenix, AZ and holds OSHA 30/CAL10, Lift Operator, Xactimate, and ASHE certifications.
Project Types
Russ has provided leadership support for multiple projects and industries involving Government, Healthcare, Retail, Multi-Family, High Rise, Industrial, and Residential. He has played key roles in Construction Defects whereby coordinating with engineers, attorney, architects, construction teams, and property owners for intrusive testing, litigation, and repair protocols. He has also project-managed plans and teams to stabilize and lift building structures via press-pier installations.

Professional services include initial damage assessment, scope preparation, and estimate completion, invoice assurance, construction management and claim review for assessing expedited service options and income loss mitigation. Experienced in site inspections for estimate comparative bids, equipment acquisition, and ensuring the site is safe.
