Ron has over 30 years of experience in construction & Insurance restoration industry. Ron and his team are responsible for completing large scale construction and reconstruction projects within the US and internationally. Compass & Ron are qualified to perform work in all US states and possesses certifications including: General Contractor licenses – multiple states, Roofing Contractor License, General Contractor Class A & B Certificate ICC International Code Council, General Contractor Class A NASCLA National Association of State Contractors Associations, IICRC – Water Restoration Technician (WRT), IICRC– Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Asbestos and Lead Abatement Certificates, and OSHA 30.

Professional services include initial damage assessment, scope preparation, and estimate completion, invoice assurance, construction management and claim review for assessing expedited service options and income loss mitigation. Experienced in site inspections for estimate comparative bids, equipment acquisition, and ensuring the site is safe.
