Director of Estimating/Sales, Executive Building Consultant, and Project Manager with more than 15 years in the insurance restoration industry and additional experience including hands-on field experience as a Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Superintendent, Project Engineer, and General Contractor. Experienced in managing a variety of construction teams and projects.

Has estimated and provided management leadership for multiple projects involving Government, Healthcare, Retail, Multi-Family, High Rise, Industrial, and Residential. Successful at creating effective communication between personnel, contractors, and the management team. Skilled at predicting project cost, project duration, managing tight deadlines, and completing projects on time and within budget. Has completed numerous Commercial and Industrial Structure/Complex inspections investigating damages caused by hurricanes Harvey, Maria, and Irma. The Inspections included exterior finishes, interior finishes, windows, doors, roof systems, emergency repairs, and mitigation costs. Plus completed ACV/RCV repairs estimates based on inspections.
